Are there any good DIY BBQ Smoker plans out there?

I want to build a BBQ smoker but don’t know how to get started. Any plans out there?

One of the best DIY BBQ plans out there refer to the building of the Big Baby Smoker. It’s a double barrel smoker and can be put together fairly inexpensively.
