I saw a cable tv program like DIY HGTV or Food Network about a shopping complex kind of like a public market with all kinds of stores to shop in and i remember it said chelsea piers, but my husband says it is a sports complex! I know I am not crazy, but i swear it said chelsea piers. can someone help me please??????
