Redo my room like Miley Cyrus’ cheap?

Heres my room in lot’s of different angles. now the orange chair in the corner and the brown wood desk is what im already planning on getting rid of

Im also already planning on doing the same wall color but most likely without the silver circles. I don’t want to spend much cause I’ll pry end up changing it again next month. but like DIY things i love like refurnishing chairs with zebra fabric ect. thanks! open to ideas!!! 
That is ver gorgeous color scheme. I would paint the walls that blue. I don’t blame you for tossing out the desk & chair. They both look like a waste of space. I would invest in 2 things: closet doors/cover up & a headboard. Both of these can easily be found at vintage shops or even for FREE on Craigslist. You can also make your headboard w/a little MDF, padding & your favorite patterned material. I would definitely go w/a pattern b/c you walls are solid (not patterned like Miley’s). Also, you can get doors & paint them. If that’s not an option, it’s just a matter of material to cover the misc stuff in your closet & uniform your room a little better. I really like how Miley did the coverup/door to her Boutique Dressing room. You can do something along those lines. I would get a black/white rug and think about storing some of those things on your white desk in your closet and replace them w/some cute accessories (silver would look great). I know you’re on a budge but after the rooms complete, think about a chandelier if you can. HGTV does some great homemade chandeliers. Check out their channel or their website. Good luck!
