DIY FRAMING WALLS
How much to finish off dead space? (DIY)?
I would like to finish off dead space over my garage. It’s probably 25-30 ft x 10 ft., the ceiling is sloped so we would just need to framed out the bottom of one wall along the longer length. Does anyone have a guess-t-mate for cost???
i charge around. $6 a sq foot . 2×4 cost around $3.25 each for a 10 foot
i would say maybe around $1200 for labour …. $600 for lumber
