scene haircut!?

i’ve looked EVERYWHERE for a diy on how to cut your own hair like a scene kid. i don’t mean a legit mullet, just shorter layers in the back and the thick choppy bangs. my sister wants this hairstyle SO badly, and can cut her own hair extremely well. but she would benefit greatly from a tutorial. we’ve looked everywhere on youtube but with no luck. can anyone help?
