DIY IPOD BATTERY PACK
iPOD MINI ?
My friend just gave me her old broken ipod mini. Now I need to find a battery online to replace the battery in the ipod. I’m wondering if the $30 on www.laptopsforless.com are better than the cheap $5 on ebay sold by the Chinese. Does it make any difference which battery it is? For instance:

Does it make any difference at all if theyre the same mAh?
Also, the usb that originally came with the apple package, was it anything specific/special? If i find any USB that fits the ipod’s bottom & my computer, will it work? or do i need some specialized sync one?

If you want to buy one from a website, it would be best to check the company on the Better Business Bureau website (http://www.bbb.org ). On eBay, check the seller’s reviews before buying. You do not want to be screwed over and lose money.
