DIY bedliner?
i just sprayed a bedliner in one of my trucks and over all it turned out great, i used a 2 part system called raptor liner and a 1/4in tip undercoating gun but it turned out really thick and bumpy textured. the next truck im goin to do is a show truck and i’d like the liner to lay out quite a bit smoother, i’ve seen some really nice smooth-ish line-x liners.. anyone have any ideas on how to produce this texture? thinner? reducer? smaller gun tip?
you can use the rolled on type that is a lot easier to apply uniformally
and there are different textures that you can choose
you can even lay it thick in the recesses and sand it down so it is smooth you do have a amount of time to work here
or throw a peice of flatstock in(cut around the wells and such ya know clean)and apply bedliner over
or throw a peice (over the textured liner)of flatstock in that is removable and have it painted airbrushed and such
