DIY STORAGE SHELVES
How can I build my own fitted wardrobe?
I need to build my own fitted wardrobe, as cheap as possible! I have a spare room which will be used as a nursery, so need as much storage as possible. There actually needs to be 2 wardrobes- both either side of a filled in protruding chimney area. I would like white/cream hinged doors with hanging/shelves/drawer storage space. I would like it floor to celling, although a small space at the top would be okay too. It needs to be easy because I have done absolutely no DIY in my life! Where would be the best place to buy the doors? (I live in the UK!) … thanks!
If you have a place like Lowe’s or Home Depot, then that’s the place to go. They sell the units in any combo you want and even have videos to show you how to install. Also try rubbermaid.com, they have an interactive site where you can design your room! they might even ship to you.
