EXHAUST PIPE DIY
Exhaust pipe replacement 91 Integra?
Pipe from Cat to the Muffler rusted and cracked so to save money its a DIY job. Before I do any damage the only way I can get the pipe separated from the converter was to take both the cat and the pipe off.
Now my problem is the 3 nuts which attach the pipe to the cat seem to be attached to the converter so if I cut the nuts off off I possibly am screwed. Local Auto store did not know if the stock converter was configired with fixed bolts.
Any insight would be helpful as the nuts will not give and I would like to know before I perform drastic surgery

get a chrom cat along with all chrome piping. you should be fine. plus doing that gives you 15 extra hp
