how are gays taken seriously when it comes to manly chores like DIY and home maintenance? do you rely on neighbours and friends to help you out? for example if you had to take an old shed from the back garden through your alleyway and it got stuck would you phone the fire brigade to help you remove a large obstruction from up your back passage? is the emergency number a quick date for your lot? a cheap way of getting to cop a feel from a man in uniform?

I would do the DIY I can do myself, and the DIY I can’t do because I don’t know how I would call a professional. Plenty of straight men will not do all the DIY. Would you be able to do all the wiring in your place? Sort out a plumbing problem when the pipe has cracked?
