- Avoid Drugs – Some people use drugs like heroine etc. to get a high in the state of depression, it is a big mistake. Drugs never benefit, they work only negatively and that they are meant to be.
- Avoid Smoking – Thinking that just a couple of cigarettes in the whole day does not harm at all is really a big misconception. Tobacco and nicotine can give you temporary relief, but in the long run, they always make things worse.
