DIY deep conditioners?

My hair (mostly the ends really) is damaged from blowdrying and straightening. Sometimes it’s really shiny, but sometimes it’s really dry, like when i straighten it a lot. I heard deep conditioners are good, are there any i can make at home, i.e. jojoba oil, avocado, olive oil, honey, egg? Preferably something that does not make my hair oily, or I have to wash it like 3 times to get it out, because I’ve done that before. If so, can you include specific instructions? for example how, how much, how long, and whether i shampoo after and stuff. Thanks
