estiamted cost of fixing misc houshold stuff?

I am not a DIY person
*Grout joint separations on tile shower walls should be sealed.
* sealing around plumbing fixtures on shower walls
*Wood rot in several areas and deck racks when walked on. .
*Bottom step to living room is cracked.
*Tape joint crack in dining area.
*Sliding patio door has worn rollers and is difficult to operate.
*Front door strike plates are missing and door does not close tightly.
*Upstairs patio door does not close squarely, has a gap at the top and does not latch correctly.

you can get grout and just refill the gaps if you want it nice take time to scrape out the joints and refill the whole lot really easy about $10-20
if it is small ring to fill around plumbing fixtures get some clear or white silicon and a corking gun only do a small bit at a time then wet your finger and lightly run it around what you have done remember only alittle bit at a time that stuff can go everywhere if your not care full $10
decking i dont know cant see it to tell ya try to match the wood and replace
dont know what the step to living room is made out of wood concrete ?
sliding door if you look on the edge you will see a hole top and bottom there is a screw in there if you look try and adjust it each way this moves the rollers might be all you need to do,the door should be level if it is leaning forward or back ward it will be hard to shut the adjusters are on both side to maybe behind a rubber gromit price free spay some wd40 on the rollers to
decorators caulking for the dry wall crack use the same gun as you used around the bath room caulk $3
strike plates price them for your self sorry
patio door do the same as the sliding door ajust the screws
