Trying to save money building a shed?
these guys have this cottage with a 12×24 DIY kit for $2685
can someone tell me ( a ballpark figure) How much money I could save if I got all the materials and did this myself without their kit?

It will cost you as much or if not more, because you got to remember this company buys there stuff in bulk. You would not get the same discount as they get. I would go with the kit. You would probably save some money.
