How much to charge for DIY divorce?
Briefly- My parents are getting a divorce. They do not have the finances to hire attorneys, and I am considering taking on the job. They live in Texas. How much should I anticipate charging them per hour / for the whole process? Do you have any suggested resources?
Note: I am a pre-law student with a moderately substantial understanding of law and the legal process. If things get too “sticky,” I plan to have a $100 “deposit” from the both of them, which I will keep in the event of me “pulling out” of the process.

They are your parents! They raised you and took care of you as a child and here you are charging them for a divorce? Come on, that’s just low. And btw, your parents can do a DIY divorce for free by themselves. It’s possible.
